Down Dwars Delà was the name of a worksession that was organised by Constant, an association for Arts and Media based in Brussels, Belgium.
This work session brought together artists and activists from several disciplines who approached the Observatory as an instrument in itself to reconsider the modes of connection, observation and story-making they foster in relation with their wider historical, geographical, social, ecological, political and economical contexts.
